Welcome home

6121 Rue de Terrebonne

By Monkland Village

“This place just feels like home”

That’s exactly what I said the first time I walked in the door - and hear every time friends visit, too.

Completely renovated in 2016, this upper duplex strikes the perfect (and rare) balance of having luxurious modern details, like heated floors in all the bathrooms and kitchen…

While still maintaining beautiful character, like crown moulding and original cabinets with beautiful leaded glass in the dining room.

It’s bright and flooded with natural light, even in winter.

And in the summer, my favorite thing is sitting on the large patio watching the sun set while sipping crisp Chardonnay.

How about I show you around?

C'mon in!

"Location, location, location"

So walkable we almost never use the car.

Love being close to the city while feeling like we live in a park!

It's near the west end of Monkland Village so it's super accessible while being peaceful and quiet.

Walk to the grocery, bank, pharmacy, dry cleaner, etc?  Yup.

A great dinner and glass of wine within stumbling distance?  You bet.

Hop in the Metro and head downtown?  Sure thing.

Welcome to the neighbourhood!

Stop for a cappuccino at Melk...

Pick up something for dinner from Le Maître Boucher...

And take care of all your errands within a 10 minute walk from home.

Almost every barista in the village knows my order the second I walk in the door.

The community feeling here is real.

Whether it's virtual (best Facebook group around!) or a live event like Porchfest or NDG Arts Week, "the Deeg" really has that cozy, small-town feeling while being a 10 minute Uber ride from the center of town.

Come visit

We'd love to show you around!
